Ahhhhhhhhhhhh

Here's a doodle of a local beauty.
Red kites are still quite rare in the UK after being falsely persecuted as killers of baby livestock and being driven almost to extinction, but they were reintroduced to my area when I was a kid and now they're EVERYWHERE. They thrive here! Why? 'Cause they like to clean up after messy town people, not eat lambs!
Kites are huge, fast, skilled in the air (and rarely land except to roost, I believe) and screech like eagles. But they actually have quite small feet, so they're not able to kill anything larger than a rat. I'm lucky to see them swooping in and around my garden every day, they are incredibly beautiful and really help to cheer up an otherwise soulless town.

(A5, watercolours, gel pen, ink, based on a photo I found on google a few months but I can't find the name of the photographer, not even on the page he posted it on -__- but it can be found here nonetheless)
