Eicca

This time last year, I made a promise to Eicca - that I would “be brave” in regards to art.
I certainly took it as a challenge at the time, because it’s what inspired me to want to put together the “Shadowmakers” art book for the band. But now since I find myself facing another shadowmaker pretty similar to the last, the memories of the journey that my promise took me on will serve as the courage I need to kick this shadowy fucker in its ugly face.
Honestly I’ve never before received such heartfelt gratitude as I got from Eicca either, and remembering that has also helped me not lose my shit over the past few weeks. If I had money I’d honestly throw it at him just to fly over and give me a big old hug every other week/month, he’s so good at that shit!

Anyway, I’m rambling.
Basically - I think Eicca is a top fucking bloke. That’s not news to anyone I’m sure, but it’s why I painted this specifically right now. Yeah. O3O
